· I thought the outage concerning ARC was solved, but i still have issues. I tried to initialize the ARC app on my phone from another LAN than my home, but was unable to initialize the app. (Error message was something in the vein of "couldn't sync database"... When back at home init is successful, as well as some downloads. In the regular Roon app, ARC section still reports connectivity issues though: { "ipv4_connectivity": {"status":"NetworkError","status_code":530,"error":"error code: 1016"}, "external_ip": {"actual_external_ip":"213.aaa.bbb.ccc","actual_external_ipv6":"null","router_external_ip":"null"}, "natpmp_autoconfig": {"status":"NotFound"}, "upnp_autoconfig": {"status":"NotFound"}, "multinat_autoconfig": {"status":"Failed","error":"No uPnP Routers found on LAN"} } I haven't tried accessing my media from a public network yet, but the diagnostics should not fail in either situation.
DDPS is absolutely correct here. The specific error codes you are seeing (530 and 1016) are the hallmark of the current service disruption with the cloud infrastructure provider, Cloudflare.
This error prevents your Roon Core from verifying its connectivity status with our servers, which is why it reports a “NetworkError” even though your actual home network configuration is likely fine.
We are monitoring the situation closely. You can keep an eye on the official status here: Roon Labs Status Page
Once the incident is resolved on the Cloudflare side, your ARC status should return to “Ready” automatically.
