· I'm having trouble with Roon ARC

What best describes your issue with ARC

· I can't log into ARC but I can log into Roon

Describe the issue

The Arc app on my android phone (Google Pixel 4a 5g) is failing to open. See screenshot. I've reinstalled the app several times and powered off the phone, but no joy. On my iPad the Arc app opens as it should. I've checked on my MacBook and the port forwarding is working as it should.

Describe your network setup

Home network is just a standard PlusNet Hub Two router. Nucleus One is running Roon.

I did some searching on the forum and found a similar issue from Jan 2023 with a link to a download of the apk file for Arc. Downloaded that way and reinstalled Arc. And it’s working again. Weird.
