Hello @mario.mak ,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Looking at the error message, it seems the Android OS on your DAP is heavily modified.

It appears to be missing some essential web components required for Roon ARC to function.

As a result, the app crashes during login because it’s unable to launch the necessary web interface.

Unfortunately, since these components are stripped at the system level, there isn’t much that can be done on our end to bypass this.

Our recommendation would be to contact the device manufacturer in order to check for possible OS components adjustment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

You need Chrome as your default web browser. Download Chrome browser from the Google Play Store on the SP4000 and install it. In the settings, enable Chrome as the default web browser once installed. You then will be able to log into Arc without issue.

Jason is indeed correct. I downloaded Google Chrome as the default browser on the SP4000 and was able to login and operate ARC. Thanks much for your help!
