Roon ARC connectivity issue on Samsung Galaxy F105g tablet (ref#UYA6VX)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Can’t reach my Server, remotes or ARC

Can’t connect to my Server, remotes or ARC

· Other ARC issues

Tell us what's going on

· I have a new Samsung Galaxy F105g tablet with Roon Arc installed. When I open the app, I get the error message:
"Your Roon server is online, but thereis an issue that is preventing access".
When I go to the Roon app, is says everything is fine with ARC.

Tell us about your home network

· Nokia Router Nucleus REV A via ethernet cable. Roon itself is working fine

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report!

Do you see this issue while over both your local network, as well as over cellular data?

If you haven’t yet, please reinstall Arc on the tablet over stable wifi. Then, see if you’re able to connect.

If not, see if you can review your Roon Settings > Roon Arc at the exact time the failure is occurring on the Arc side. Share any error codes you see there and we’ll await your results.

Hi Benjamin,

I decided to be brave and “disconnected from nucleus”. Then I reopened the app and signed in afresh. That solved the issue! Apart, of course, from the infamous communication problem with Qobuz… but that’s for another day. Thanks anyway!
