Roon ARC crashed mostly while starting playback

Samsung Galaxy S8 with android 9 and Roon ARC installed crashed mostly while starting playback in using LTE.

Thanks for writing in, I wanted to check in on this thread to see if you were still running into Arc crashing on your mobile device?

If so, we’ll need to you fill out the rest of the necessary information:

Roon Core Machine

Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet

Connected Audio Devices

Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)

Number of Tracks in Library

Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”

So:

• In the first version of the ARC app, I’d every time to reset, before I could play something without crashing.
• After the current update it seems to work without reset and so for me it’s resolved.
