Thanks for taking the time to write in! Have you performed any initial troubleshooting steps, like removing and reinstalling Arc? Here’s a download link in case you haven’t tried this yet:

Hi Benjamin, thx for following up. Yes removed and reinstalled the app, reboot of phone and server.
Still no luck on this, keeps crashing …

As a quick next step, could you please update all Roon and Arc versions across your Roon devices, and let me know how things feel? Here’s more info on the latest versions:
