How has your experience been in ARC on the most recent builds? Have you found connectivity to be reliable in general, or are you still seeing missing or outdated content?
Your timing is amazing, as I have just been on a 2 week holiday to the central part of Australia and hoped that Roon ARC would be my music source the entire trip.
So before setting off I rebooted ROON on my core, and set off the next day. It lasted all but 24 hours before I had no access once again.
And this comes after building a totally new ROON core system based around an Intel NUC Extreme 9 with SSDs as drives.
To top it off, I had sort of planned for this failure, so I downloaded a playlist so I had something to play, and many tracks would not play because they were DSD files, and ARC would just sit there and complain of an error…
So, no change.
Thanks for the update @Steve_Lees and we’re very sorry to hear that’s the case. The team will investigate diagnostics and, hopefully, we can find a next step to improve connectivity.
