My Roon Arc works via my iPhone feeding my Audi A6 controller via either analogue or USB. BUT for only one or two tracks. THEN the Audi controller says that there is no connection. WHAT TO DO? It must be a problem with the iPhone/Roon Rock connection.

Ben here with the support team, thanks for taking the time to write in, and my apologies for the delay. I wanted to check in on this thread to see if you were still running into issues? If so, could you please provide your system setup below:
Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)
Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet
Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.
Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
Tell us about the problem you’re having in as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always appreciated!
Are you able to reconnect? Does Arc work not connected to the Audi?
