Just another community member here. Can you please post the diagnostic message on the Roon ARC tab in Settings? You can access that through a Roon Remote on your phone or your PC/Mac. And additionally answer the questions below. This makes it easier for fellow members to help you.

This ip address is usually there address of the Fritzbox. Can you check the ip address of your Roon Core (in the Arc tab in Settings)?
