Description of Issue

Have playback error when trying to play some DSD tracks. They play in Roon without issues. But when trying to play them over Roon ARC, I get a playback error. Setting already changed to PCM.

Is there no one to help with this?

Try setting the DSD playback method to PCM, currently you have it set to DoP.

Hey @Julian_Martinez,

You have my sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we’ve been dealing with a higher-than-usual volume following our release and we’re working as quickly as we can to get back to everyone.
