· I'm having trouble with Roon ARC

Roon Arc freezes on initial screen on Pixel 7. Sideload OK. Logged issue Apr 19, still have issues

Describe your network setup

Pixel 7 phone, current software. Roon Arc as Play Store. Issue both on wifi and mobile data. Works fine with sideload, and Remote all fine

Thank you for the report.

The errors we see in diagnostics indicate that the ARC framework is attempting to load more than one instance on the phone. Try installing the app via the Play Store and reproducing this issue. Then, fully delete the app, including all associated data, before installing from the Play Store once more.

The team is investigating ARC crashes on Pixel with development. We’re shipping incremental improvements with each release.

Clearing the cache and storage made it work. It may have been the change from sidload to play tore.
