I have roon arc on Android phone. The device was using metered wifi (shared personal hotspot from another phone). Looks like roon arc doesn't respect metered wifi flag, and it used a lot of data for smart download. As there an option to download music on non metered wifi only? PS: the phone also has VPN running on top of metered wifi. But the VPN itself is also set to metered.

Hi @yiping_chi,

The current iteration of background downloading only distinguishes between the phone’s cellular and WiFi connection. We can escalate this question to development for a more precise response and will follow up from there.
