Description of Issue

Roon Arc doesn’t even connect in my house under the same Wi-Fi anymore. Meaning I can’t offline anything. I know it doesn’t work on my isp since I can’t port forward or anything (CG-NAT issues). But it’s strange even in the house I can’t connect via Wi-Fi,

Do you get a “Poor connection” message?

Poor Connection messages even on home wifi happen and can usually be fixed by resetting the ARC app from Home > Settings. Sometimes, an uninstall/reinstall of the ARC app is necessary.

However, you will lose any downloads in ARC in either case.

This seems to happen sometimes, e.g., after updating (but apparently not only):

Oh no I was hoping not to redownload the files :frowning: .

Hey @Abrahams_Bogere,

Apologies for the delay in getting to your thread! I wanted to check in and see if you were still experiencing issues with Arc after the recent update released earlier today.

If yes, can you please share a screenshot of the error code you see in your Roon Settings>Arc?

I’ll be on standby for your reply. :+1:
