Hi AceRimmer, I’m not sure you can see the thread associated to this text, but I have bumped my support thread numerous times as you suggested every few days for weeks. I’ve not heard back. How can I best get a response?

Hi, AceRimmer, after bumping my thread for a few weeks as you suggested I personally do, I’ve had no response. This comes on the heals of me receiving little resonse prior. My issue seems common: I simply want to connect to ARC with my regular Samsung phone. As a mutil-year ROON customer and a business owner myself, receiving little support for perhaps TWO months is confounding.
