Roon arc isn't one of the downloadable services on my Astell and Kern acro ca1000t

How do I access roon arc on my astell and kern acro ca1000t? Its not listed as one of the downloadable services. Many thanks.

Hmmm…i thought ‘roon ready’ meant ready for ALL for roon services?

No. Roon Ready means that it works in the home network as an endpoint.

I hope you’re doing well today.

The reason you cannot install Roon ARC on your A&K is heavy modification of Android OS. On these devices it might miss key components of OS that might prevent you from even logging in to your Roon account.

You can try to install .apk file of Roon ARC, however we do not guarantee it will work on that device.

At this point we’d recommend you to submit a feature request to the device’s manufacturer as it’s their responsibility to maintain their OS so it is compatible with our App.
