Description of Issue

Every time open the Roon ARC app. It has connected to the Roon core and can access to the music files, but I can’t play the music. The screen shows “Bad connection” and music can’t play. My network has no problem and I can use it for all other applications except the Roon ARC?

In the Roon Remote app, settings, Roon Arc. Does it say all ok there?

I’m sure your ISP is on the list of CG-Nat ISPs.

Inside your home network Roon Arc will work.

Could you take a screenshot of your Roon Remote Roon Arc page to see what’s going on.

Similar problem as described by original poster. Could not play music on ARC which previously worked flawlessly on my Android phone. Assuming it might have been corrupted high uninstalled the app. I search in Google Play store show the app, but it could not be downloaded. Are these problems experienced by others?
