Description of Issue

Roon arc offline downloads are unable to be accessed. The tracks won’t load when downloaded.

I posted this in support but I have redownloaded files and I get the same problem it seems. I can’t access any tracks in my offline library.

Add to your existing #support thread. A duplicate here in #uncategorized won’t help :slight_smile:

Oh ok thanks! I know this was in the middle of the holidays. Wanted to let you all know issue is still occurring.
