I really love Roon Arc or at least the idea behind it. But it falls short on offline listening and downloads. I would be more inclined to use Arc if it was possible to choose the download format, size or quality of music files, in order to maximise storage space but also allow for high quality if desired. It’s also very disappointing to not be able to search through downloads via artist, track or album etc. You can only do this if you are online. When offline you’re restricted to just viewing the download list without being able to filter music by artist etc. Thanks for listening - hope to see Arc evolve and improve on offline listening.

I noticed the missing artwork for downloaded tracks when using CarPlay still exist……it’s nearly six months now since being reported 
Yeah I’m the CarPlay format it’s not organized. Even when Arc operates normally it’s in a random order.
