Description of Issue

The ARC app constantly gives me the “Poor Connection” error even when the mobile is under WiFi. In Roon’s setup the configuration part of ARC tells me that it is correct and confirmed that it is safely reachable. What can I do?

In many such cases it has helped to reset the ARC app from ARC > Home > Settings.

Though you will lose any ARC downloads that you have and your preferences in the ARC settings
