I received my Roon Nucleus One yesterday evening and started using it straight away. After downloading, logging in and starting the roon ARC app, I always get the message "Nucleus One Time for an update. Update Roon Server to reconnect."
The port forwarding on the router is set up and the roon app shows that the ARC connection is OK.
The roon core on my Mac Pro always had a good connection with the ARC app until yesterday.
What happened? Is there a problem with the roon server?
I'm asking for your support.
If roon ARC doesn't work, I'll unfortunately have to send the Nucleus One back.
