Description of Issue

The issue is as follows: I have setup Roon ARC. I use Roon ARC on an Android Phone (running GrapheneOS). I can use it between 5 minutes - multiple days just fine, before Roon ARC stops functioning. The diagnostic data when it fails is as follows:

{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“64.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“2001:…redacted”,“router_external_ip”:“null”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}
}

(note, I redacted the ipv6 address for privacy reasons in the above)

To resolve the issue, I need to reset my router, and then restart my NUC/ROCK, and Roon ARC becomes usable again.

This issue has been occurring since I installed ARC, several months ago. Only gettinig around to posting this now.

Hi @ar9,

The only thing i can come up with, is that i see a IPV6 address. As far as i know, Roon Arc only want a IPV4 address. Can you turn off IPV6 in your router and try again?

Kind regards,

Maarten.
