Hi @farrarcw,

Thank you for your post.

What is the particular error message or symptom you’re encountering in ARC?

There are a few potential causes for what you’re seeing, based on some contextual evidence from our admin servers. You appear to have two Roon Server instances setup on this network.

Did you recently migrate between servers, or did you set up ARC on one server and then restore a Backup?

What do you see in Settings → ARC within Roon itself?

We need to ascertain whether this is an actual NAT blockage with port forwarding or whether there’s a server machine ID mismatch due to migrating or restoring the server without uninstalling/reinstalling ARC alongside.

We’ll watch for your reply. Thank you!

Hi @farrarcw,

Wanted to follow up on this. Have you had a chance to check what appears in Settings → ARC inside Roon, and whether the issue started after moving to a different Roon Server or restoring a Backup? We also want to confirm whether you’re seeing a NAT or port forwarding problem, or a server machine ID mismatch from having two Roon Server instances on the same network, so any detail you can share about the symptom or error message would help us narrow it down. Please reply with an update when you can.
