Description of Issue

I’ve been using my iPhone and Arc app for months, and love it. But, over the past couple of days, I get the spinning wheel on both the Core tab as well as on the arc. If I delete BOTH my Roon core and Arc and start over, it works for an hour or so, then goes back to spinning. Haven’t changed anything in settings or anything like that. Just not sure why it’s all of a sudden happening, and I really like being able to use the arc app.

What version of Roon Core are you running, Build 1223? How many tracks do you have in your music library?

Hi @Chris_White,

Thank you for your patience. The timing of your post corresponds to a known server outage - since resolved - that manifested in these particular symptoms.

Are you still experiencing this on the most recent build of ARC and Roon? If so, we’ll keep a close eye out for your response to troubleshoot from there and restore playback to your system.
