If the ISP’s router has a UPnP on/off setting, it supports port forwarding - because that’s what the setting is for. I’m not sure the ISP people know what they are talking about
Hi ive just been talking to Plusnet and they told me they do not have any body who knows about settings on their routers.
I don’t know what to change on settings ive tried toggling UPnP on/off no difference.
I can send you pictures of the settings pages and you tell me what to check/change.
Added port forwarding rule, ARC now working.
So what’s the error now
No error now, as there was no port forwarding in place Roon was showing the relevant error, ARC is working.
Oh I misread “now” as “not working”
