Are you using the latest version of QNAP? There have been some changes that might help with this, but it is still going through the QNAP App Store cycle, you can install a manual copy in the meantime though, see:

Download the updated app from roononnas.org Login on the QNAP Open the App Center Click on [grafik] (top right) Click on Browse and select the just downloaded file; click on Install [grafik] Confirm by clicking on OK [grafik] Set the mark on “I understand the risks and want to install this application.”; click on Install [grafik] Wait until the installation has finished.
