Roon audio stops while track is still playing

Mac>Dragonfly Red>Audio Cables>Sony AV Reciever STR-DH740

Description Of Issue

Song will start playing and then midway through the audio will cut out. A pop up then says tidal media is loading slowly there are network connectivity issues.

Are you connecting via ethernet cable or WiFi?

I am connecting with wifi. MQA files seem to be the mains ones stopping.

Try connecting via wired ethernet and see if it works.

Hi @Kiley_Trott,

Do local MQA tracks also display this behavior or just the streaming ones? If you don’t have any local MQA, you can grab a few sample tracks from the 2L Test Bench. I would also try connecting the Core via Ethernet as a temporary test to see if it helps.
