Remote works fine on my macbook pro
I haven’t updated the server on my mac mini yet
No issues here on mac mini M4, remotes on mac, ipad and iphone work without issues as well.

The only thing i dont like is the smaller Roon icon in the dock on my imac.

Been running the Beta’s on iOS, iPad OS and MacOS (M2 Max), no issues at all.
Just updated my MacBook Pro to Tahoe yesterday. Roon client seems to be working fine.
Issue Description
When using Roon to play music, I encounter playback problems when switching between tracks with different sample rates. For example, if the current track is 48 kHz / 24-bit and the next track is 44.1 kHz / 16-bit, playback will freeze and Roon shows the error message: “Failed to initialize the audio device.”
After this happens, the audio device temporarily disappears from Roon and then reappears.
This issue occurs most frequently when the sample rates are different between consecutive tracks. However, if the tracks only differ in bit depth (e.g., both at 44.1 kHz but one is 16-bit and the other is AAC 257kbps), playback does not freeze.
System Information
- Computer: MacBook Pro with M1 Pro
- OS: macOS Tahoe 26.0
- Audio Device: Chord Hugo 2
Ironically, the community provided icons work just fine: Custom Dark Mode Roon 1.8 icons

Same problem here on Mac Studio M4 and iFi Zen Dac. I have to unplug and re-plug the DAC to get it working again. I hope Apple will sort it out.

but I seem to be unlucky.
I don’t know if it will relate to Roon, but there have been some functionality issues with Tahoe OS26 and I understand that Apple is working on a fix in an upcoming update 26.0.1
