Roon does put back the backup (2000 favorites)
I see that everything is back again, and then Roon synchroniz with qobuz where I don’t have my Roon favorites anymore.
So Roon immediately takes away all the favorites from my roon favorites

I’ve sent you the backup last week. I did try to disconnect and reconnect Qobuz, but those few dozen of albums remain at the top when sorted by date added, regardless of having been added a couple of years ago (and shown on Qobuz app as old too).
Any resolution/fix? would be most appreciated

Recently added got screwed up. Suddenly my recently added list has lot's of albums in it wich i have since a while. Where do they come from suddenly?

Qnap NAS hosting roon server, roon running on my Mac and iPhone. using roonArc in car
good point, it’s all Qobuz. So probably Qobuz added them to my library?
i just openend Qobuz App and i dont see any of those albums , when looking at the album view sorted by date of beeing added

yes i do. Based on the data in Roon the albums where added on the 21. of august. The backup before is the 20.

I wanted to touch base with some good news, which is that our technical team has been able to reproduce this behavior and we’ve opened up a bug report with our developers.
While I can’t say for certain when this bug will be fixed, getting things reproduced in-house is a critical first step, and I will keep this thread up to date as the team passes along feedback and work begins to get this resolved.

Here’s to hoping the final fix will work retroactively, so albums re-added will go back to the original date.
