Roon (built 475) streaming problems with Mac OS 10.12.6 Sierra

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Mac book pro (15 inch 2017) running Mac OS 10.12.6 Sierra.
SSD la cie 2TB usb connected with
Build 475

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

wifi linksys node (5G up to 100mbs)

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Auralic altair (wifi)

Description Of Issue

Music stops after a few sec. Streaming from Qobuz or from the ssd la cie.
error message is: Audio file loads slowly, which may indicate performance or hardware issues.
Streaming directly from the Altair is no Problem

Hi @Peter_Caravati,

Welcome to the forum. Can you please let me know if the behavior is the same when streaming audio to other zones, such as “System Output” for example? This would be to your Macbook’s speaker output itself.

Also, you mentioned that the Auralic is connected via WiFi, can you confirm if the issue is the same if you try plugging it in via Ethernet to the router?
