Roon can’t connect to Qobuz

Search for title in Roon home results in endless spinning Roon logo. Search for title in Qobuz section of Roon, same thing… no response, just spinning logo. Searching within Qobuz app directly returns immediate response.

Seems the server issues are still not resolved.


Is there an official thread on this issue somewhere I am missing? Or any official acknowledgement from Roon? I started this same thread 2 days ago and have received no responses.

Hey @Nathan_Rulli we’re so sorry that it took us some time to respond, it certainly was not our intention!

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues accessing Qobuz titles?

If so, as a first step, we have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
