Roon cannot detect Cambridge cxn v2 on the same network (ref#KWFTLO)

Hello, yesterday I bought a Roon Ready subscription for my Cambridge cxn v2 device. However, I can access all music platforms on the same network, but I cannot see the device on Roon. Even though it is on the same network, it does not see the device. I need help with this issue.

Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. Can you share a screenshot of your Roon settings → Audio page? Does your Cambridge CXN appear there? If so try enabling it.

It looks like the mobile device you are using is not on your local network. Maybe I’m wrong, but I see no wifi icon on the top of your screen.

Does your CXN V2 show up in the Audio settings of Roon. Like mine does? If so you might have to enable it if it isn’t.
