Roon cannot load tracks from Tidal

Mac Mini Late 2012 6GB RAM 2.5GHZ i5 Catalina 10.15.3 Ethernet connection Roon 1.7 build 521
Apple Airport Extreme connected by ethernet to ISP 70 MBps
Mac Mini is connected to Marantz HD-DAC1 via USB.

After Roon was upgrade I cannot play music from Tidal. It was working well and now it takes a long time to connect Tidal and music does not start. Using Tidal App works well.

Please could you help me with this issue?

Hi @wagner_scatolin,

Any change after rebooting the Core machine?

If you play to a different endpoint besides the Marantz does TIDAL playback work?

Are you receiving any error messages?

I’ve got no error messages… as it takes too long I end up giving up using Roon. Tidal works well with other endpoints.

I will try reboot mac mini.

It is working now…a little bit slower than before – I don’t know why once nothing has changed in my set-up or Internet services.
