Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· I am trying to backup my Roon Database but the external drive I added to my MAC does not show up in Roon when trying to backup. the external drive shows up on my Mac just fine but I can't seem to get Roon to add the backup folder.

· No VPN. Router is EERO

How is the external drive formatted? Is it by any chance an NTFS drive?
