Mac is running 10.15.1, Roon 1.6, and Poly version 2.0.4
Roon will stream to all devices except my Poly. Songs keep dropping after a few seconds. I’ll either get the “Nothing Playing” text the time duration bar is or “an audio file is loading slowly …”
This has been going on for a few weeks now.

If Roon is streaming without issue to your other zones, it would appear that the Poly is not working as expected. I would recommend reaching out to Chord Electronics Support for assistance as they will be in the best position to assist you with the Poly diagnostics.
