Roon client can't connect Roon server (red) on a new device

I have a Roon core on Synology NAS.

It works fine. And I can connect to it on my phone (android) or Macbook pro connected to my wifi network.

With new Macbook Air connected to the same network, I can’t connect. It stuck:

This happen only on this new device.
Firewall is turned off.
I already rebooted:

  • roon core
  • laptop
  • router

Nothing works. OS version is the same on Pro/Air. Any ideas?

Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.
