Description Of Issue
I had roon client crashes on my windows laptop since upgrade to 1.8 then reinstalled the app and was working for a few songs then I dont know what I pressed but it crashed and now again it crashes on every start, I have log file where can I send it…

Hi, @Uros_Erste ,could you, please, also provide logs from you Windows machine? The one which you uploaded is RoonServer one.

Sorry for a dealyed response, @Uros_Erste . We are still investigating this case, hopefully, I’d have further steps soon.
As a temporary workaround I can suggest the following:
Locate your Roon database folder. Instructions for Windows can be found here
Inside this folder navigate to Registry → Client
There should be a file, which starts with “GMS…”
Remove this file
Try to launch Roon once again

hi, I reinstalled roon yesterday because I still had first version installed and it seems to work now no crashes for now… Thx
