Devolo

Hi @Luc_J_Meeus

I’m a fellow Roon user.

Are you saying clicking on ‘Connect’ doesn’t work?

You mention Devolo?! Are these ethernet powerline adaptors?
If so, I’d recommend not using them.

Could you explain further as to how your network is setup, how Roon Server is connected and also how your endpoints are connected to your network.

I have been obliged to reset database and settings and the problem was gone. I restored a fresh backup (luckily I have a good back-up routine). I believe the database was corrupt and Roon couldn’t open it. The system is now more fluent, less slow. (Devolo are indeed power line devices to strengthen the WIFI, probably not the best option. Do you have any recommendation, my router works on coax cable)

If you up and running and things work, I’d recommend staying as you are.
