· Hello, I would like to know when I will be able to use Roon again on my new Eversolo T10 system. As of now, it isn't working, and I am wondering if I shouldn't just give up on Roon in favor of the Eversolo system... Looking forward to hearing from you. Have a good day.
If it has been working in the recent past, it is probably a ‘leak’ during Roon Ready compliance testing. This has happened occasionally.
Alternatively, a previous firmware release may have incorrectly identified the T10 as a T8 which is Roon Ready.
In any event, if is was working, for either of these reasons, it suggests that Eversolo either is or will be seeking Roon Ready certification for the T10 from Roon. However Roon will not comment on the status of the certification process until it is successfully completed.
In the meantime, does the T10 support Chromecast or airplay streaming? Either of these, if supported, will allow you to continue to use the T10 with Roon
Wade has summarized the situation well - the Eversolo T10 is not currently a Roon Ready certified device, which is why it isn’t appearing in Roon as a Roon Ready endpoint. You can always check the up-to-date list of certified Eversolo devices here: Roon Ready Devices - Compatible Audio Equipment
As a matter of policy, we can’t comment on whether a device is in the certification process or share any timelines.
In the meantime, if your T10 supports AirPlay or Chromecast, you can enable it in Roon under Settings > Audio and use it as a zone.
