Description of Issue
After I updated my Roon with lateset update 2 days ago. Roon is crashing after few seconds. I rebooted my server an it did not help.
I uploaded my log files using “logs upload server” the name of the zip file is Haim_Sheffer1.rar
Ben with the support team here, thanks for your patience while we work through each thread. I was able to take a look at your account, and see that your core device was online recently.
Are you still running into issues with crashing at startup? If so, please reproduce the crash and share a timestamp of when the issue takes place.
After 7 days I could not use Roon, It becase active again without crashes. Coud you let me know the root causes of these crashes? I sent you all log files.
