Hello @YANG_MIN-CHIEH ,
Without knowing the methods taken (full reinstall, repair etc), Windows may have left some Roon remnants and when Roon was re-installed, the same issues carried. I’ll list all kinds of angles of attack here.
First, the full Roon refresh and reinstall:
Create a Backup of your current Roon database
Exit out of Roon
Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
Find the folder that says “Roon” and “RAATServer”
Rename “Roon” to “Roon_old” and “RAATServer” to “RAATServer_old”
Reinstall Roon from our Downloads Page
I also see indications that browser plugins can cause issues with ntdll.dll but they were mostly related to the now retired Internet Explorer.
Update Windows.
I would also encourage visiting this Microsoft link to ensure you have the most recent version of .NET installed.
We have seen this before but it was back in 2020. We have reports that the issue was fixed with a system repair (not a full reinstall).
