Tell us what's going on

· Using Roon on a win 11 server controlled from either android tablet or win 11 laptop (v2.57 build 1598). Selecting "queue" on the laptop results in a crash of the application, selecting "queue" on the tablet results in an application freeze. The library on a win 11 server (50 TB storage 64GB memory, dual xeon processors) remains running. Tried removing laptop cache but no change. re-started all apps and server - no change. Any ideas?

Hello @Simon_Runagall ,

Thanks for letting us know. I have enabled diagostics for your account and I do beleive I see the crash in the logging. Do you by any chance recall after playing which album/track this issue started to appear? I’ll let you know the team’s feedback once I hear back.

Thanks for getting back - I think it was after an attempt to add about 5200 tracks (all in dsf format) to a playlist. Playing any track is still possible, just crashes when trying to see the queue.

I have managed to sort the problem by restoring from a backup done on Jan 14th.
Thanks for your help, can you remove the diagnostics?

Thanks for the update — glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue by restoring from the January 14th backup.

I’ve now disabled diagnostics on your account as requested.
If anything else comes up, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help.
