Roon crashes when playing Tidal

Roon on Win10, Tidal on same PC, local library works fine. Started today. While playing Tidal which is sent USB from same PC to Mytek Brooklyn within 10 minutes Roon either completly crashes or it locks up then shuts down or I get a message about an I/O error. Tnen I have to click OK which shuts down Roon.

Thanks for contacting us regarding this issue, when you have I/O errors, this usually points to something wrong with the hardware side of things. Have you tried a different USB cable yet? I am wondering if the current one you have could be damaged and I would try this as a first step. I would also try to completely power cycle your Core, Mytek and Networking gear. Please let me know if that helps.
