are there any technical support in here ? I use windows 11 dual screen as a player. and ROON nucleus plus as a CORE ,
When I open the roon app it will frozen ( not responding ) just showing white blank screen
previously it would working fine.
i tried reinstalling also not working
can somebody help me ?

I’ve split your reply into its own thread to ensure it receives proper attention. Per the last thread, did you try disabling HDR on the problem monitor?
Beyond this, we’ll need a full breakdown of your system info to better serve you:
Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)
Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet
Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)
Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
Tell us about the problem you’re having in as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always appreciated!
