Description of Issue

Roon suddenly started crashing on my Mac. Deleting the folder in Library, I can connect to the system audio output, but if I select the CoreAudio CMA400i output, it crashes immediately.

Stranger and stranger. See my other ticket.

Changing the DNS server for Roon from my internal to 1.1.1.1 (to unbreak the Qobuz integration) fixes the crasher in Roon for Mac as well. I’m guessing Qobuz has some sort of DNS dependency that a DNSSEC validating DNS resolver breaks, and the libraries included in the Roon client for Mac like /Applications/Roon.app/Contents/MonoBundle/Roon.Qobuz.dll cause the crash because of that (why it would impact the audio code is anyone’s guess).
