Description Of Issue

Dear Roon team,

We configured Roon setup in office - Core on Win10 Platform (Nuc is ordered and arriving) with Synology NAS as music library and different players and streamers on 2 (soon to be 4) locations, using iPad as UI.

We spent days editing Roon database.

Is there a possibility to migrate (restore Roon database backup) in completely new (home) setup where we are planning to use new Roon license with identical copy of the music library (NAS)?

We tried with trial account but restore is always linked with the account that was backed up.

The solution with same account at two places is not satisfying since Roon might be used at both places at the same time.

Thank you

Hi @Goran_Novakovic

Databases are specific to your account and can not be restored on another account.

It is possible to add multiple licenses to a single account. Each license allows a single Core to be active for that account at one time, so if you have 2 licenses you can have two Cores active and running at the same time.
