Could you please provide a bit more detail about the issue? We need to know what you mean by “burnin track,” and whether you are ripping a CD.

Please let us know the exact local time and date, along with the track and artist, the next time this happens, and we’ll enable diagnostics.

I’m burning in new Diretta hardware by playing 24-7 but Roon just stops. I tried looking at the logs but there’s hundreds of lines that I can’t decode. Since it stops unattended, I can’t give you the time but I can email the logs to you if you’d like. Let me know how to deliver them

Hi @Glenn_Lonsberry,

Thanks for sharing the logs with us.

We reviewed the diagnostics report, and the main cause of the playback hangs appears to be network related rather than the endpoints themselves.

For testing, we recommend connecting your Roon Server machine and endpoint directly to the router, bypassing the switch. If the system stops losing connection, that will help confirm the switch was the culprit.

Please try that and let us know whether playback becomes any more stable.
