Roon player is an Intel NUC 10FNHN running Windows Server 2019.

Description of Issue
For one thing, Roon is not recognizing my playback device on the player machine.
Also, I have tried every possible combination of HQ Player setup and network button, and every possible network address (i.e. localhost, 127.0.0.1, and the static IP address).
I am replacing an older machine also running Windows Server 2019, and with that machine I had no problems enjoying the advantages of HQ Player.
I am now at a loss of what to try next.
