Roon does not detect my audio device in Windows 11

Hello,
I have installed Windows 11 on my PC and the audio devices are not showing up.
I have followed your instructions to disable the Firewall, turn off the application and core and I can’t get the audio devices to appear.
Can you help me?

So far I have solved this problem by disabling public or guest networks.

Can you tell me where exactly I have to put these commands that you indicate here?:
roon.exe
raatserver.exe
roonbridge.exe
