· Roon does not discover all my devices I have multiple Wiim Ultra amp on my network. They all show up correctly on my Wiim app, but not all appear on the list of Roon devices to be played. All are on the same firmware, all are on the same network segment, all are on the same switch. They're used for a whole house sound solution. However, only two appear on the Roon list of devices whereas the others do not show up
Looking at the diagnostic report from your Core, I noticed a discrepancy regarding the network layout. While you mentioned that all devices are on the same network segment, the active devices in your Roon diagnostics are actually spread across four different subnets:
192.168.0.xxx
192.168.22.xxx
192.168.107.xxx
192.168.108.xxx
Roon relies on Multicast for device discovery, and by default, this traffic does not cross between different subnets/VLANs unless a specific “mDNS Reflector” service is configured on your Unifi Gateway.
To help us pinpoint where the blockage is, could you please provide:
The names of the specific WiiM Ultra units that are missing from Roon.
The IP addresses of those missing units (you can verify this inside the WiiM Home app).
Once we know which subnet they are landing on, we can determine if this is a VLAN routing issue or a multicast configuration setting in Unifi.
