Roon does not get recording location and dates from MusicBrainz

Hi, I notice that Roon does not seem to retrieve recording location and dates from MusicBrainz. I can send some example if needed.

Thanks for the answer Dylan. Is there any plan to do so? I have reached out to Yate developper some months ago and he has managed to integrate this mapping into the MusicBrainz wizard and it works quite ok. Those data are quite important for classical music as you know.

We don’t have anything to announce at this time, but we are always looking to improve our data and we greatly appreciate the feedback. I’ll be sure to pass this along to the team.

Hi, FYI we can now automatically get this information from MusicBrainz with the SongKong tagger SongKong can now get Recording Location and Dates automatically - SongKong with Roon - SongKong and Jaikoz Music Tagger Community Forum
